Book Card

Today I have a special card for you.  When closed, it looks like a normal card.

But when open, you can see how special it is.  I was watching YouTube videos and came across a bunch of videos on how to make a book card.  I just had to give it a try.  Of course, the lighting in my craft room and the angle just don't do this card justice.  Leave me a comment to let me know what you think.

Fall Card 2017 #3

Today's card is made from products from the 2017-2018 Annual Catalog, so no waiting for product if you want to make this card.  Fresh Fig is a great color for fall.  Makes me think of the purple mums.  I used the Basket of Wishes stamp set for the image and the sentiment.  The paper is from the Eastern Palace Specialty Designer Series Paper.  The Layering Circles makes it easy to layer cardstock.  Leave me a comment to let me know what you think.  Follow me to see new cards as they are posted.

Fall Card 2017 #2

The second Fall card from the 2017 Holiday Catalog is, sunflowers.  I just love the Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper.  The sunflowers were fussy cut from the paper.  The sentiment is from Merry Little Labels.  There are three new punches in the holiday catalog and I used the new Everyday Label Punch to punch out the sentiment.  Leave me a comment to let me know what you think of this card.  Follow me to see new cards posted.

Fall Card #1

Woo Hoo!  I received my 2017 Holiday Catalog pre order.  I thought we would start with some Fall cards.  First up, PUMPKINS!  I fussy cut the pumpkins from the Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper.  The background paper is also from this collection.  The sentiment is from Merry Cafe.  The Tangerine Tango on the Very Vanilla makes this card pop.  Leave me a comment and let me know what you think.  Follow me to see more cards as I post them.

Fall Birthday

Time for a "stepped up" card.  Lots of things going on with this card.  I really gave my Big Shot a workout with this one.  I think it's a stunning card.  I even used the new sponge brayers.  Amazingly there is no actual stamping on this card.  I hope you enjoy.
